Production Forecasting

You have just been promoted to manufacturing manager and are responsible for production for your company. Demand is currently at 100 units, but the first time you launch production, you do not know how many units your employees will produce on average. To compensate, each time you plan production, you may hire or fire workers. To hire workers enter a positive production adjustment and to fire wokers enter a negative production adjustment. Each worker is capable of one unit of production. Click 'Produce' and then make an adjustment, if necessary, to get as close to 100 as possible. You have ten production cycles and will be given stock options based on getting the least variance from 100 for all ten production cycles. The company loses money due to both lost customers and wasted output.
